Scott Nielson started flipping houses at a young age beginning in 2001’. Through Nielson Development he has built over 250 residential housing projects including commercial and municipality. Nielson Development has done work in the state of Utah, North Dakota and Hawaii. Scott Nielson has managed and operated his chain of RV dealerships simultaneously with his Development Company. Nielson Development sold the residential arm to Solaris Development in 2017’ and only focuses on subdivision and resort development projects.
