A Premier Family Destination Nielson Development was proud to serve as the General Contractor for the Zion Utah Jellystone Park™ in Hurricane, Utah, a flagship family camping and RV resort. We managed the comprehensive construction of this sprawling destination, which features a massive Water Zone with thrilling water slides, a splash pad, and a lazy river. Our scope included building the infrastructure for spacious, big-rig-friendly RV sites with full hookups and developing the resort's diverse accommodations, including cozy cabins and unique tent sites. This project demanded meticulous coordination to integrate complex water filtration systems, pool construction, and utility management for a resort that operates as a self-contained vacation experience. The Ropes of Southern Utah
